The hydro electric power generation system has been in existence for many years. Hydro electric generators are typically very large and very costly to build. Only recently the study of miniaturisation of hydro electric power generators has been considered. This study is called micro power generation. Currently, micro power systems are not portable!
The Pearson5 LLC’s portable power generation system utilises a twin cylinder concept to simulate the delivery of water to a water turbine. This concept has not previously been used in any form of hydro power generation. There are many companies currently producing small hydro electric units, however, our system is the only system that uses re-circulation of the water and does not need to discharge the water at the end of its operating cycle. The unit also has an additional option that incorporates the abilities of heating and water desalination. Companies around the world produce portable electric generators for many reasons for the commercial and industrial markets. Costs of electric generators currently in use, whether petrol or diesel, are much too high and in some parts of the world these fuels are expensive and are often hard to find. We at Pearson5 LLC believe that water is the least utilised and least understood element on this earth.
